Cranial Sacral DVD. In the Cranial Sacral video taught by Mary Sullivan, the student will learn 22 cranial-sacral techniques to balance the cranial bones and sacrum. It covers the 13 cranial bones, their motion, common dysfunction, and detailed, clearly demonstrated techniques to balance them. It includes history, anatomy and advanced topics.

The first three lessons describe the history of cranial work, the anatomy of the cranial system, and the philosophy of cranial technique. In the next nine lessons, each cranial bone is discussed in detail. It covers the individual motion of each bone and specific techniques to evaluate and free each bone.
