Description   Earthlite Full Round Bolster Bolsters are used to support clients, provide comfort and aid the therapist by giving them access to the body. Use a large round bolsters placed under the knees while a client is in the supine position to take the pressure off the lower back. Smaller round bolsters or half round bolsters work well under the ankles and a small half round bolster placed under the neck helps support the natural curve of the neck and gives therapists better access to the shoulders. Bolsters placed under the mid-thoractic area help keep pregnant clients or clients that have trouble breathing while in the supine position, in a more comfortable semi-reclined position.
