Description   Effervescent Powder is slightly fizzy in the manicure/pedicure bowl, adding a whimsical touch to manicure and pedicure treatments. If it is placed in the bowl of a pedicure throne with a whirlpool, it will bubble profusely when the jets are turned on. However, the powder will dissolve and won't hurt most jets. It will not bubble so much that it will overflow the bowl. Naturally conditions, softens, and exfoliates. Contains malic acid which is an AHA as well as grapeseed oil. It also contains extracts of aloe, algae, and ivy. 21 oz.
