You may also choose the "Strategic Application" method for each Ascended Master essence. These strategic recommendations were given to the creators of LightBeings by the Ascended Masters. You may also add 2-3 drops (of up to 3 essences) to dispensed lotions, sea salts, massage oils, hydrotherapy tubs and toners for enhanced effects. Essence may also be incorporated anytime during facial massage, neck and shoulder massage or body treatment. Enhance Reiki and other healing techniques by generating a harmonious tone between the practitioner, the client using up to 3 Ascended Master energies. Directions for Personal Use: Apply 2-3 drops to the pulse of the wrist, neck and abdomen. Most users follow their own intuition and rub it on part of the body they feel drawn to.
