It has often proved to be helpful to counteract jet lag. Jet lag can also occur on long journeys by train or car, as well as when traveling at high speed. At such times the aura and the body are no longer well connected. For Jet Lag: The day before you begin your journey, spray the Travel Essence into the aura and onto the head and feet (this only takes about 3 seconds). Once your journey has begun, repeat this application every two hours. Once you have arrived at your destination apply one last application to the aura, head and feet.
