Lock-In-Blonde / 24 Piece Display / 0.125 oz. Each. Lock in Blonde can be used as an additive to warm up fading blondes and as a neutralizer to brassy tones. Formulated with smaller organic color molecules, wetting agents, and chelating stablilizers to help increase color penetration so that 90% of the color will be "locked" in. Does not change the hair color, but allows the color to develop to it's maximum potency.

HAIR COLOR ADDITIVE - Optimizes Blonde Colors!

Can also be used as an additive to decrease fading, increase color consistancy, and soften brassy tones. Can be used with all hennas, water base, non-peroxide, semi-permanent, bleaches, lightners, and any volume peroxide.
