Description   A clear liquid, Cucumber Extract (Cumumis sativus) is credited with the following properties: moisture binding, moisture regulation, soothing, tightening, anti-itching, refreshing, softening, and anti-inflammatory properties. It contains amino acids and organic acids that are credited with strengthening the skin's acid mantle. Cucumber Extract can be used in aftershave preparations, eye treatment products, and treatments for oily skin. It is also effective in emulsions as a tightening refresher.
