Do you ship to countries other than the United States and Canada?

My sink arrived and the edge is slightly bent. What do I do?
Copper is malleable. Materials that are malleable can be hammered or stretched or rolled into various shapes with relative ease, while still maintaining their strength. Some metals, like copper, are also ductile, which means they are flexible. Should your sink arrive with a bent edge, it can be hammered back into position with little effort. Use a wooden or rubber mallet to straighten any edges that may have been altered in shipping.
Do you make custom sized sinks? And how long does it take to receive?
Yes. If you need an item with specific dimensions, contact us and we will work with you to make an item that fits your needs. Custom items can take 4 weeks to produce and ship.
Copper has a living finish?
Yes. Copperhead Copper Sinks have a living finish and continue to change color and darken. This is a gradual change that enhances the handcrafted individuality of the sink.
What finishes are available?

You can install sinks with a flat lip as under mount or drop in. If the lip is rounded, it can only be installed as a drop in or a free standing vessel.
Are templates available?
Not at this time, each sink is handmade and unique. While most sinks fit the dimensions specified on the website, they can vary in size. For this reason, we recommend waiting until you have your sink in hand before cutting any holes.
