Suggested Use

Lavender is the most widely used essential oil in aromatherapy, particularly for its relaxing properties. Try placing two drops on a handkerchief by your pillow when you are trying to sleep.

As Lavender blends very well with many other oils, try the following: 3 drops of Lavender, 3 drops of Mandarin, and 1 drop of Geranium in a teaspoon of UltraLight Oil Complex added to a warm bath before a long, relaxing soak.

Cost per Treatment

Cost per treatment is $0.21.

*See below for an explanation of Cost Per Treatment.

*Cost per treatment is based on 5 drops per ounce of massage cream or lotion. If blended with massage or carrier oils, use 10 drops per ounce. The number of drops should be adjusted based on the actual essential oil being used in the treatment. A full-body massage will require approximately 2 ounces of massage product. This actual amount used will vary based on therapist experience, size of the client, how dry the client's skin is and the type of massage product being used.

Our Lavender grows at around 1, 000 meters in the foothills of the Alps in the Provencal region of France. It has a 44% Linalyl Acetate content indicating a superior quality oil. Its overall Ester content is 50-52% which gives this exceptionally fine oil its gentle, rounded aroma.

Specific Safety Advice

Do not use Lavender at all during early pregnancy.
