Suggested Use

Rosemary is the classic get up and go oil. Try adding 3 drops of Rosemary, 2 drops of Lemon, and 1 drop of Peppermint to a tepid bath before an important occasion.

Adding a few drops to the final rinsing water for dark hair can help keep a natural shine.

To aid concentration at important exam and interview times add 3 drops of Rosemary and two drops of Grapefruit to the water of an oil burner of diffuser.

Use a blend of 2 drops Rosemary, 2 drops Black Pepper, and 3 Drops Lavender in 15ml of Apricot Kernel and massage into over worked muscles.

Cost per Treatment

Cost per treatment is $0.11.

*See below for an explanation of Cost Per Treatment.

*Cost per treatment is based on 5 drops per ounce of massage cream or lotion. If blended with massage or carrier oils, use 10 drops per ounce. The number of drops should be adjusted based on the actual essential oil being used in the treatment. A full-body massage will require approximately 2 ounces of massage product. This actual amount used will vary based on therapist experience, size of the client, how dry the client's skin is and the type of massage product being used.

Did you know?

There are three main types of rosemary. The best one for aromatherapy use is the eucalyptol (cineol) chemotype, from Tunisia, Morocco, and Italy. The camphor chemotype comes from Spain, and the verbenone chemotype comes from Algeria and Corsica. The latter is contra-indicated due to neuro-toxicity. Lotus Touch supplies the finest quality Tunisian Rosemary, which is the superior product.

Specific Safety Advice

Do not use Rosemary during pregnancy.
