PEDI REDI PLUS
What has changed in Pedi Redi Plus?
State boards are requiring that disinfecting of pedicure units be done between pedicures and at the end of the day with an EPA registered product. Pedi Redi Plus has contained Chloramine-T as a sanitizer for the skin and water but it is not EPA registered, therefore we have removed it from the product formula. Please note that Chloramine-T was a safe and effective ingredient, it was only removed from the product due to EPA and State Board regulations.
Maxim also had a growing concern that the use of many different types of sanitizers and disinfectants when combined in a spa may have negative effects on the pedicure equipment and cause skin iritation. Make sure to closely follow the label directions on all sanitizers and disinfectants as to skin and surface contact and chemical reactivity.
To improve the soaking performance of Pedi Redi Plus we have added Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt). Maxim chose this ingredient for its therapeutic effects, and the fact that it helps increase and speed up exfoliation.
Pedi Redi Plus still looks the same in the water and in the jar, and as an added benefit of removing the sanitizer; Maxim's dyes will last longer keeping the color more vivid. The fragrances are also much more appealing with this change.
Because of the formula change our product is now denser. The weights of our jars have changed to 13oz., 28oz., and 65oz. and the largest size is now 27 lbs. Pedi Redi Plus is now more economical to use than ever!

How does this product compare to other product lines?
Maxim formulated an all-in-one product especially for whirlpool pedicure spas. It won't foam over, clog or harm your pump/jets or lining. Pedi Redi will do it all and reduce your clean up time. With Pedi Redi, you will also notice that your scrubbing time will be reduced and do the job of completely softening skin and calluses.
What products are unnecessary if I use Pedi-Redi Plus?
Cuticle creams, sloughing lotions, and any other products for softening the skin.
Are there other products like or similar to Pedi-Redi Plus?
Yes, there are a few. Maxim have evaluated them all and, even though they may have the same or similar ingredient lists, the formulas are different. Maxim also believes that some do not use the same quality ingredients as Maxim does. Also, some of the amounts needed per application are more than Maxim requires, therefore it is not as economical as it seems to be.
