Order Processing and Delivery

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM Eastern Time are typically processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Delivery usually takes 1-7 days post-processing, depending on the shipping method, products ordered, location, and other factors. As we ship from various warehouses, orders with multiple items might arrive separately.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout. You can review shipping options and costs before finalizing your order. In case of any delays or back orders, we will promptly inform you.

Note: Shipping times can vary due to external factors like carrier delays or weather conditions.

Freight Shipments

For large items requiring freight shipping, costs may vary. We'll reach out if adjustments are needed. Remember, shipping to residential addresses or requesting additional services like liftgate or White Glove delivery incurs extra charges.

Our Freight Shipping Options include:

  • Curbside Delivery: Delivery to curb outside your location.
  • Inside Delivery: Delivery inside the first entrance of your building.
  • White Glove Delivery: Comprehensive service including unpacking and debris removal.

International Shipping

At Pure Spa Direct, our shipping services span the globe, reaching every corner of the world. Whether you are in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, Africa, or any other location, we are committed to serving you. Refused or Returned Packages

Refusing a delivered package does not entitle you to a full refund. Such packages incur a 25% restocking fee, return shipping charges, and original shipping costs are unable to be refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please send us photos within 24-48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement following our investigation. You can text photos to 800-434-0018 or email them to sales@purespadirect.com. Please include your name, email address, or order number, so we can easily locate your order.
