Dr. Temt Hydrophilic Cleansing Oil with Azulene is a washable oil that emulsifies with water to instantly remove all makeup, mascara, impurities, grease and dirt. Hydrophilic oil bonds with oily substances such as makeup and sebum, washing away dulling residue and dead skin cells, leaving skin revitalized and refreshed! Formula is a lightweight, high-tech and non-comedogenic blend of Zea Mays, Wheat Germ Oil, and Azulene.

The water soluble make up remover provides deep pore cleansing for all skin types.

Directions for Use:
