Shipping Policy

At Pure Spa Direct, we prioritize delivering your order both quickly and safely. To help you understand our process better, here are the key details about our shipping procedures:

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM Eastern Time are typically processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Delivery usually takes 1-7 days post-processing, depending on the shipping method, products ordered, location, and other factors. As we ship from various warehouses, orders with multiple items might arrive separately.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout. You can review shipping options and costs before finalizing your order. In case of any delays or back orders, we will promptly inform you.

Note: Shipping times can vary due to external factors like carrier delays or weather conditions.

Freight Shipments

For large items requiring freight shipping, final shipping charges are subject to adjustment based on the specific item(s) ordered, delivery location, and any required additional services. If an adjustment is necessary, we will contact you for approval prior to processing your order.

Please note that delivery to residential addresses, remote or limited-access locations, or requests for additional services such as liftgate, inside delivery, or White Glove service may incur additional fees. Shipments outside the continental U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, may also require additional shipping charges.

Our Freight Shipping Options include:

  • Curbside Delivery: Delivery to the curb outside your location.

  • Inside Delivery: Delivery inside the first entrance of your building.

  • White Glove Delivery: Full service including placement, unpacking, and debris removal.

International Shipping

At Pure Spa Direct, our shipping services span the globe, reaching every corner of the world. Whether you are in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, Africa, or any other location, we are committed to serving you. Customers from outside the US, Puerto Rico, Guam, the USVI, or Canada are warmly invited to contact us at 800-434-0018 or through email at service1@purespadirect.com for personalized assistance with their orders. We require pre-payment for all orders, and we're excited about the opportunity to deliver our products to your doorstep, wherever you may be!

Please be aware that as the importer, you will be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes on your order.

Unclaimed or Returned International Shipments
If customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not paid by the recipient at the time of delivery, and the shipment is returned to us, the customer will be refunded for the product minus a 25% restocking fee, the original shipping charges, return shipping costs, storage fees, and any additional charges incurred during the return process.

We strongly recommend that international customers are aware of and prepared to fulfill all import requirements to avoid delays or additional fees.

Shipping to a Freight Forwarder

Pure Spa Direct will not be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur after delivery to the address on your order. If delivering to a freight forwarder, warehouse, or fulfillment facility, we will not replace or refund any loss or damage reported after the order has been sent on to its final destination.

Refused or Returned Packages

Refusing a delivered package does not entitle you to a full refund. Such packages incur a 25% restocking fee, return shipping charges, and original shipping costs are unable to be refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please send us photos within 24-48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement following our investigation. You can text photos to 800-434-0018 or email them to service1@purespadirect.com. Please include your name, email address, or order number, so we can easily locate your order.
